Humble Beginnings: Multifamily Property

Begin with the end in mind.

Having graduated two years prior, Patrick knew he wanted to start his journey into Real Estate as early as possible. Leveraging his knowledge of the college towns in the Shenandoah Valley, Patrick took what he knew and decided to target student rentals. To that end, Patrick saved up and purchased his first townhouse! Importantly, it was completely unrenovated, and Patrick spent the next year upgrading the flooring, installing tile, and replacing appliances before turning it into a rental.

Pat proves proper production of profitable investments.

Once Patrick had finished the first townhouse, he needed to prove these investments could be systematized. In his first partnership with an investor, Patrick closed on his second townhouse in an interesting purchase. Three townhouses within the target area came onto the MLS within 4 hours.
Patrick and his team managed to tour, assess, and make an offer on the best townhouse within 48 hours.

An Impactful Investment: Sober Living Facility

Investing with a purpose.

For his third investment opportunity, Patrick came upon learning opportunity of how to use Multifamily Investing to help his local community. Partnering with other Real Estate Investors, Patrick purchased the first sober living home in Southwest Virginia: The Step House, allowing the sober home to continue operations.
