Breaking Into Large Multi Family
From the beginning Patrick has been aiming to get into larger Multifamily and Commercial Real estate. Now that he has a intermediate sized portfolio he has been partnering with some of the larger names in Real Estate to try and acquire a larger piece all at once. These deals come by less often, and give larger returns to investors who join in when Patrick acquires them.
